The past 3 seasons region 1 (USA) DVD's have been released the day after the new season started:

Season 1 DVD 22/9/09 - Season 2 start date 21/9/09
Season 2 DVD 21/9/10 - Season 3 start date 20/9/10
Season 3 DVD 20/9/11 - Season 4 start date 19/9/12
Season 4 DVD 11/9/12 -

Season 5 start date (still unknown but going by these figures maybe.....)10/9/12????
