(cont) I admit I didn't like that she kissed the metacrisis, but be fair, he told her the words she wanted to hear from the Doctor since "Doomsday". Also she was different because she wasn't 19 anymore, remember what Pete said at how long it took them to cross the void? 3 years, so if you take that 2 years had passed since Rose left, Rose was already 25 or something when she came back, and she had been working for Torchwood in that parallel universe, she grew up.
