Help for a novel! (Urgent HELP!!!)

I think World War Two, but that can also be hard cause its easy to forget that they didnt have a lot of stuff we do now or you could do present day. But what kind of love story you going for? Like the classic love tale? Cause then WWII definitely but if you want a modern thing with so much stuff happening its hard to believe its not real? then present day. But what else is going on with the story? Do you have some kind of plotline or anything a little more information might allow me to answer you better.
