Chapter 2: Damon lay a hand over the window, his eyes looking, almost searching for something...something invisible. Elena was there standing near, her head cocked to one side. He crossed his eyebrows, turning to her.
"You know, you can sit down, right?" he asked, raising one eyebrow at the stiff way she was standing. "That's what the chairs are for." She smirked at him, shaking her head. Damon rolled his eyes and turned back to the window, he was getting a strange sense of not belonging, but he couldn't finger what the problem was. Confused as he was, he walked over to a bookshelf, running...

Chapter 1: The wind was beating hard against the hotel room window. She placed her hand on it, immersing herself in the rhythm created with the wind. Her eyes seemed to smile discreetly, but no other emotion was betrayed upon her face. Every movement she made seemed to be thought out; everything she saw had a purpose. For, Felicity Maleficent Black was far from a normal young woman. Fee, as she was called, had been roaming the planet for many years, now. Decades, centuries; perhaps. And ever since her best friend, the girl who really understood her and who had always been there for her had...

Chapter 4: There were voices filling the light filled air, as the boy walked onward. From the vantage point a person passing-by would just see a dark-haired boy with several freckles sprinkled on his nose. They would guess his age, which would be around sixteen as that is indeed the age he has been stuck at for many years, now. The boy moved toward the prize of possesion...the light he was looking for. A voice arose behind him and he swiftly turned to see someone calling his name. He flung around and glared at the girl he saw. Adelaide Pierce had a pained expression plastered on her face, she...

The following story is a sequel to my fan fiction "Forever Immortal"
Chapter 1: The airplane landed smoothly on the runway. It had been an unusual flight. All the passengers had managed to keep their children quiet. Not even one baby cried when the plane took off or landed due to their ear drums popping. It had been rather peaceful and to the pretty girl who sat in a window seat in economy it was a nice ride. She was clutching a book in her hands. It was one of those stories set in King Henry VIII's court. She loved the kind of tale that would let her fall into previous time periods and such...

Chapter 7: Stefan opened his eyes. He felt weak and disorientated. He pulled out his arm in front of his body, hoping to stimulate a response. As he grimly had expected there was nothing. He moved himself, forcing himself to sit upwards. He knew by the feeling that there was no vervain in his system, but he had lost blood. Too much blood. His eyes were badly hurting, he was hurting all around, and he felt like he was a host of some kind...

Chapter 4: Damon
It's strange, when you meet someone who you've never seen before. A person who just moved in, and shuts up when you ask them anything about where they used to live. And it's worse when they are beautiful. That's how it was like when I met Adelaide Pierce this morning. It was an official meeting. I saw her in the apple orchard yesterday, but today was the official meeting. My memory of meeting her, will stay vivid my whole life. I remember that the morning was warm and I finally felt that spring was going to begin. I stepped out of the Salvatore Manor, as my father called it....

Chapter 2: Damon Salvatore was sitting on the couch, one arm flung out lazily, the other one grasping an empty beer bottle. He heard the ruffling of papers and turned his head.
"What are you doing, Stefan?" he frowned, looking at his little brother who was looking frantically for something. "No searching for a school essay, are you?"
"No, Damon. Not a school essay...What did you do with that vervain I had kept on the table?"
"Gave it to someone," Damon smirked. Stefan glared at him.
"Seriously Damon, where did you put it?"
"Oh, it's like I said I gave it to someone. This girl who I saved yesterday,...

Chapter 3: Beep! Beep! It could have been the sound of a car outside, but the store clerk's daughter heard it coming from inside the store. She rounded the side to see a rather handsome young man fumble to grab his cell phone. Apparently that's what had let off the sound.
"Everything alright?" she asked, tossing her long golden hair over her shoulder. Stefan Salvatore's head shot up from his phone.
"Yes, thank you," he said quickly. "If you'll excuse me." He walked quickly out of the door and frowned at the text message that Damon had sent him.
You better run...I'm telling you go and don't...

Chapter 5: Katherine
"Well hello, Miss Pierce," a voice chimed smugly behind me. I turned around, giving the person a mildly surprised look. To see it was a girl who like quite a bit like Renassae, standing there with a smirk on her face. This must be Renassae's brat of a sister. This was probably the worst time any vampire or human could approach me because I was hungry. Starving and it was my feeding time. I had a mind to yell the girl out.
"What do you want?" I asked irritably. "And why are you out at night anyway. Renassae said you don't hunt, instead you have some kind of donor." The girl's...

Chapter 8: Stefan skillfully placed his pawn in position on the chessboard, diverting his opponent in checkmate for the twentieth time that day.
"Check-"
"Don't say it," Blair said. Her brown hair was not brushed, framing her face at odd angles. She was bored, annoyed, tired, and very bad at chess. Well, she wasn't bad, per say, but she was too preoccupied to pay attention to her risky moves. She wasn't allowed to go out at daytime, so her whole day was gone. How was she supposed to live without shopping? Already today, she had tried to trick Stefan to give her his ring. Too bad, he was too...

Note#1: This chapter takes place after the events of TVD episode 14, so everyone is distraught, particularly Damon.
Note#2: Blair, however, is undergoing her transformation into a vampire, so Damon locked her in his room.
Chapter 7: Stefan was tired, he felt tired. Last night, had been a disaster. Katherine's tomb, had been open, but Katherine herself, wasn't there. She never really had loved either of the Salvatore brothers. And since what felt was over a hundred years, Stefan felt a silent sympathy for his older brother. He heard loud bangs from Damon's room. Stefan's forehead creased. Damon...

Chapter 5: Blair put down her cell phone and turned around to look at herself in the mirror. She looked slightly flushed, but her overall appearance was elegant, even though she was only in her silk kimono. She bent down and opened her large suitcase, rummaging through her many dresses, looking for something decent to wear. She had thought of just wearing her kimono, but then was she supposed to step out to take the taxi in it. That wouldn't do, at all. Finally after much throwing of her clothes and calling in the nurse to help her decide and then kicking the nurse out because she was an absolute...

I'm really upset to explain (and Livvy don't hit my over the head for saying it!) but I've had to put my fanfictions on hold because I'm now in full swing exam time!! And over the summer I'm going to be on a figure skating tour so I'll be unable to finish "A Silver Lining" until another two-three months...
I know, I'm sorry.
Unnecessary irrevalant note: Paulina- Just check the momentary button hold first...I need that bag by tomorrow!! I'll call because you're never on anyways.
As for anything, I just thought I'd give everyone a quick overview of a scenario that could happen, given the side of...

Chapter 3: Blair stood on the floor of the hospital. She adjusted her hairband and studied her reflection in the mirror. Did she looke overdone? Maybe, a bit, depending where her mysterious date was going to take her. But, Blair was used to standing out, when it came to fashion. In fact she loved it. The door into her hospital room was locked. Even though she was supposed to stay in the hospital until she left in two weeks, she had begged the doctor to let her go out once in a while. Doctor Smith, though skeptical, had decided that Blair seemed fully recovered and allowed her leave. She shook...

Final Chapter: I do not own any of The Vampire Diaries characters. Any story-lines which are drawn to be similar are owned completely by TVD trademark and novels. So here it is, a bit of a surprise in the end, I think.
Chapter 6: Voices...creeping...noises. Elena sat up, clutching her head and felt a wet cloth sitting across her forehead. She pressed her hand against it; a strange sickening feeling clamoring in her stomach. She moved her hand over the narrow bed she was lying on. Where am I? She thought, as she struggled to sit up, the pain throbbing in a slow fashion at the back of her head....

Chapter 5: She had been here. He felt that she had, the minute he stepped on the lawn of the mansion. How could he have trusted her? How could he have not seen that she was trying to get Elena all along? To make up for her best friend? At full speed, he raced into the doo, screaming her name.
"Elena! Elena! Please...be here...ELENA!" her name, everything about her shot colorful pictures into his mind. Elena came down the stairs giving him a strange expression. He let out the breath he had been holding. Fee was good then, she had just come perhaps to see him with business.
"Damon? Where have...

Chapter 4: His golden hair shone in the candlelight as he shifted uneasily in the seat. He shut his eyes as if to admonish perilous evils which were ticking at the door. He was tired and his eyes cried out to be shut and for him to go to sleep. If he had his way, he would be fast asleep after that ball. There were two other people in the room with him. A golden haired beauty lying on the bed, who liked quite a lot like him and an older woman, her raven black hair flecked with gray strands.
"The Queen has offered her protection. Our race has been declining steadily over time. Yes there will...

I'm spitting this story out pretty quickly! It's just too exciting for me to leave it and then come back too...

Chapter 2: Queen Catherine of Aragon surveyed her latest edition to her ladies-in-waiting. The girl stood; her face regal and pale. She moved with an elegance of grace that many of the other dumpy ladies-in-waiting severely lacked. The Queen speculated every rigid end of Katherine Pierce, knowing that like Anne Boleyn, the French had influenced her in many ways. The two would easily get along, from what Catherine could see. Apart from the fact that they almost shared the same name,...

Chapter 1:
Tessa looked out the window of the airplane, with a strange expression. Her stomach fluttered with a strange sensation but she shook it off just as it came. She was looking over the Virginia area. She was landing in the Georgetown Airport and then a long drive in a taxi would bring her to her reclusive grandmother in a place called Mystic Falls. Tessa secretly found the name "Mystic Falls" intriguing and was hoping to discover some history of the town. Maybe Grams would tell her about it. Though that was highly unlikely. Grams was already extremely reluctant to take her in. She was...

Chapter 5: There was nothing wrong with that night and yet at anything, Damon sensed something wrong. He knew tonight would be a night that would perhaps change the entire course of his vampire years, but the real question was why he thought this. Stefan was enjoying the moonlight outside and Elena had taken to sleeping on the couch. Damon sighed, she had been spending many nights straight at the boarding, which was his and Stefan's requests. They both knew that they couldn't take an eye off her, for everything in Mystic Falls seemed like it was going to fall apart. Any minute... he frowned...
