Out of all the recent superhero show like smallville,heroes, and no ordinary family superheroes on televison usually don't do straight action or adventure. Which is why the middleman is awesome. Sure it has humor and even romantic relationships but in it's core it's show of action adventre. A show of a hero facing evil and a show of a sidkick traing to become a hero. This show has it all and it did more in it's 12 eps than smallville ever did in 10 seasons. So if you love superheroes or shows with ton of action and humor than watch the middleman.
