From "Blue Moon" up--instead of struggling and making stupid decisions just to get the antidote, couldn't Ever just manifest the antidote?

I don't think she could manifest the antidote since she doesn't know the chemical's in it or 'alchemy' behind it. I get the impression that something like 'the antidote' can't just be manifested like a car or clothes as it's purpose is different and greatly depends on the chemical makeup.
