Alien: Covenant movie billboards stalking the skies of L.A. 

Alien prequel Prometheus, it looks like your prayers have been answered.

These billboards from the new installment in the sci-fi horror franchise,

Alien: Covenant, are a true celebration of the Xenomorphs we\'ve all grown to love and fear.

Ridley Scott, not only will we learn the fate of Noomi Rapace\'s \'Elizabeth Shaw\' and Michael Fassbender\'s android \'David\' characters, but it looks like the acid-for-blood, spike-tailed, inner jaw biting creatures are back in all their glory (or should that be gory).

This time around humans are coupled up and venturing to a distant planet on the far side of the galaxy to colonise an uncharted new paradise.

Katherine Waterston\'s \'Daniels\' and Billy Crudup\'s \'Oram\' are part of the crew on the colony ship Covenant, along with the likes of Michael Fassbender as another android \'Walter\', Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, James Franco, Callie Hernandez, Jussie Smollett and more alien fodder besides.

They soon discover that the new planet may not have been as uninhabited as they\'d imagined and their dreams of a brave new world soon turn into the stuff of bone-chilling nightmares.

H. R. Giger\'s iconic exotic alien designs, but the \'Pray\' and \'Run\' billboards have the appearance of the Xenomorphs stalking L.A.\'s commuter traffic in the city skyline.

Here\'s hoping these eye-catching, creepy outdoor ads don\'t give little kids too many nightmares.
