How come in Hard Boiled Eggy, Rodger was not in the zoo?

First of all, this does not involve Skilene whatsoever...(sorry)

Second: There are alot of animals in the zoo other then the ones they show Eggy beating up. They probably skipped alot...Actually, they DID skip alot. Like the rhino, the polar bear

and, of course, Rodger. :D
