I will be seeing Spiral in almost EXACTLY two full days from now (the 13th at 6pm). I am very nervous, but excited. Early reviews say it's very gory which is excellent, but also that it's "different" so I don't know what that means but I hope it doesn't ruin the Saw lore. Posted over a year ago

I'm trying not to get myself too hyped up, buuuut it's 25 days until Spiral is released. No big deal. My birthday is the day after and the only gift I want is for this to be like the other Saw movies, with lots of gore and traps and a twist ending like always and for them to say "Game over" at the end. Having "Hello Zepp" in the trailer does not a Saw movie make. I just watched a leaked trailer for the movie and it's...it looks nothing like a Saw movie. "They're targeting cops!" WHAT?! Jigsaw has never done that. He targets those who don't value their lives. Already this is sounding like a disaster. Where are my traps? I have edited a version of saw that contains all 7 films and am looking for feedback. Please drop me a line if you'd like to check it out' I'll gladly mail out copies to those who ask no charge. It goes, saw, saw II, saw 3+4 as one movie with 5,6 and (10 mins of) 7. I have an alt 40 min version of 7 which is fantastic but I still felt only 10 mins of that movie were necessary.
