Proooobably the speed-talking, oft-singing Pinkie, although I could see her beatboxing again while Fluttashy shockingly busts out some rhymes. 8D I can imagine them ALL rapping (Twi might be the most awkward at it, lol.) Applejack would more likely sing country, but ya know, I think she could rock any genre. ^0^

Obviously. Fluttershy is too quiet, and Applejack isn't really made to rap. If Rainbow was an option, I would so pick her. But Pinkie, with her fast voice and expressions.

pinkie already has plenty of experience busting out into song, she's incredibly fast at talking, and she's random enough that it would make perfect sense if she could rap. :D

also, RD should be an option. she would be great at rapping.

I actually think any of them could rap. Fluttershy, though quiet, could totally do it if it were about animals. It's harder to imagine AJ rapping, but I think she could pull it off.
But Pinkie Pie would be the most eager to; like everyone said, she loves to sing and talk really fast. Rainbow and Pinkie should rap together.

RD sort of LOOKS like she could rap, but out of the three Pinkie Pie has lots of free-style singing expierience, therefore having an advantage. Fluttershy is an excellent singer, but just not cut out for rap, and I don't she would want to anyway... Applejack COULD, but, you know...yeah. :|

AJ seems the least likely because she's more into country. But I would totally love to see Fluttershy rap as Flutterbitch. Rap just doesn't seem a good match with Pinkie.

Out of the mane 6, I think Rainbow would be the best at it.
