I cannot believe I'm saying this... But yes. I used to be completely against fanfics for ANYTHING. But after I read Cupcakes, I thought I'd give a few more a try. I've read a few now, and I've enjoyed them. *sigh*

I used to read them, then EqD tricked me into reading Spiderses, on the promise that it was GODLIKE....

all of these are clean except "My Little Dashie" has just a tiny bit of language but nothing to make a fuss over "Cupcakes" is not on the list as after I read it I will never be able to eat a cupcake again...

Personally, I don't really read them just because fanfics often are very different from the original. Which makes it seem fake and unrealistic to me. Even if they are well written I just can't get past the fact that the stuff that happens almost certainly wouldn't happen in the original.

I don't have anything against them though. Except for grimdark ones, I strongly dislike those. (seriously don't get me started on that)

Maybe I will eventually read some, but I'm a little worried I will end up picking a bad one. There are just some things you can't unsee, or unread.

EWow. Months ago, I chose "no." Can't blame me really. Besides sneaking peeks of a few episodes, the first thing I saw of the MLP franchise was "Cupcakes." Yeah, a great impression, but that's what got me.

But now? I make them. A lot has changed over time. These ponies are getting to me...
