Her random outbursts for partying and inspirational music is one of the many reasons she's my all-time fave in general. Twilight's sarcasm and sassy-ness can be very funny. I love her mini mental breakdown in "Swarm of the century". And when she was telling the story about how she got her cutie mark she spazzes out at the end.

Although Pinkie Pie takes the cake simply for coming out with the best lines, "Then I said, 'oatmeal, are you crazy?'"
