A few months after I joined Fanpop! Back in my DeviantArt days I followed Lauren Faust's work, and at one point she started uploading her versions of the G1 ponies. People were already starting to guess that she must have been commissioned to create a MLP cartoon series, but it wasn't until I'd been on Fanpop for a while that I saw someone with a Rarity icon, and realised, "I recognise that art style!" So I did my research and, sure enough, all those people back on DeviantArt had predicted correctly!

I finally gave in because of a certain someone. It's a cute show; not something I'd normally like, but eh I like what I like. And it's a nice break from my trashy and dark sense of humor.
