I didn't include Diamond Tiara, because I like her. I feel sorry for her, because the fans hate her so much. She's a great villain. Plus she's very cute!!!

Yeah, Diamond Tiara is a humongous bully. No questions about it. She's a well written bully, though, so I can at least give you that much.
But there's times when I think Silver Spoon doesn't actually want to bully the CMC, and DT forces her to. I'm sure SS can be smarter than this, unless DT is blackmailing her into bullying or something.

I hate how DT acts, I hate how cruel she is towards the CMC. But she's a well written character. She's written to be hated. That's why basically the whole fandom loathes her. It's because you're supposed to.
So really, I both like and hate her.
