No: She bullied Dash's friends, then snapped just because she was pranked a few times. She even bullied Pinkie just because Pinkie wanted to hang out with Dash! She wanted Dash all for herself, so she treated Dash's friends like dirt to make that happen. Uncool.
Yes: In the most recent episode, she changed. She began to learn how to make friends instead of act like a jerk to everyone.
At this point, it's really hard to make a judgment on her. I need to see Gilda again to actually place an opinion. (To see if she acted like a jerk again, or if she actually attempted/succeeded at making friends.)
