Nightmare moon. She was the first character I ever discovered on the show, and she was really cool looking. Then, that night, I started thinking about her and the rest of the series. Before you know it, I was an MLP FIM fan!

People started mentioning it, and showing memes of it on facebook.. I got curious..

The bronies I met online.

Just randomly watched it one day, and I haven't stopped since then! Though I had never heard of bronies till I became one and found them online.

Just looking at the innocence and all of the colors makes me feel much better. Its just a surprise that such a show exists in this dark, gloomy, and horrible world- Okay, now I just sound like I'm taking dialogue from My Little Dashie

I accidentally saw my older cousin and her little sister watch this,seeing the friendship speech that Twilight said in the first episode,i think a spark inside me flickered...it related to me,but at that time,not exactly,since i was still alone,no friends,just me,myself and I...and since then i have been watching MLP:Fim and sometime after that,when i became grade 7/first year (which is the year i am now) i discovered the magic of friendship,and it all changed

Am I the only one that likes the humour in this show?

I first discovered mlp:fim from reading a dark fanfic of it, at first thinking it was a bit frightening. But as I heard more about it from the people close to me, I became curious and watched the first episode. Then I became a fan. The-End!

I really liked the drawing, it was different

For some time, I've seen fan art, vectors, FiMfictions (as they're called), and the like everywhere; Google Images, YouTube, absolutely everywhere. I came around to watching a video by FiMFlamFilosophy; RDP: My Little Dashie. When they mentioned something about Rainbow Dash returning to her universe, I suddenly became curious as to what the actual MLP universe is like. Thus, I searched for the very first episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I was a bit skeptical, what with the vibrant colours, introduction lyrics, and the fact that almost every pony is a mare, but after I watched the first two episodes of Season 1, I almost cried of joy. From then on, I considered myself a brony, and I would never want it to be any other way. Even now, I'm somewhat surprised at how appealing the show is.
I shared the show with two friends; they were also skeptical at first, but they eventually became bronies after a few episodes. The three of us were as unattracted to MLP (not as haters!) as humanly possible, yet we gave it a shot and watched with an open mind; look at where that decision took us.
I agree with Windwakerguy430 up there; it's shocking how such a show is still alive and kicking in such a merciless world.
Speaking of merciless, our love and tolerance will fight back against all the cold haters in the world. Now and forever! /)
