Better than bronette, hoeny, filly, femare, FiMfan, or whatever. xD Pegasi happen to be my favorite race, but I don't think the word was intended to be exclusive of unicorns and earth ponies. It just happens to fit well with "sister." However, since "brony" has always been a unisex, all-inclusive term, and because it just comes out more quickly most of the time, I generally only say "Pegasister" when I want to reveal that I'm female. The fandom is known, after all, for being heavily dominated by men, so it helps to have a word to differentiate the girls sometimes. posted over a year ago. last edited over a year ago
