I never seen Rainbow Factory but I did seen Cupcakes

I cried at the end

I didn't finish either of them because that sort of stuff disturbs me.

I used to think it was Cupcakes, but it doesn't scare me anymore. Rainbow Factory on the other hoof, still shocks me into a stunned silence every time I read it.

Both the song and its fanfiction haunt me. I saw the music video of the original song and I had nightmares for a few days. Cupcakes is spooky as well. Whenever I see videos or pictures referencing it, I immediately get out of there. Same with Rainbow Factory. Although I'm not fond of gore, I would like to read Rainbow Factory if I had the guts to do so.

Now a rainbow's tale isn't quite as nice
As the story we knew of sugar and spice
But a rainbow's easy once you get to know it
With the help of the magic of a pegasus device

Let's delve deeper into rainbow philosophy
Far beyond that of Cloudsdale's mythology
It's easy to misjudge that floating city

The song of Rainbow Factory disturbed me, but the fan-fiction was not as bad. It was extremely sad, but not as gory or terrifying as Cupcakes.

My reaction when I read Cupcakes:
"... *Turns of computer a few pages in* *Faints*"
(Yes, I fainted.)

My reaction when I read Rainbow Factory:
"That wasn't too bad. I actually kind of liked it..."

So yeah. I couldn't even finish Cupcakes, while Rainbow Factory made me wince at Aurora's and Orion's deaths but overall was a great fan-fiction.

My review for them. I'm pretty sure Rainbow factory had the tragedy endings of the ponies. Except I think fluttershy survives and shit because the ending was fucked up. But Cupcakes was all just fucked up.
