Probably season 2. It had more bad episodes (In my opinion at least) Then any other season. It was also the season that spawned Putting Your Hoof Down, AKA, the worst My Little Pony episode ever.... in my opinion

Season 3. For starters it had half of the amount of normal episodes there usually are in a season. It had some good episodes in it, but some bad episodes as well (Spike at Your Service, Just For Sidekicks) and my least favorite season premiere.
