If you were a wolf what would you look like?

Sorry guys, nothing to do with mlp but I just thought this would be cool. So, here is what I need:

Name (dark frost, night shade, ect..)
Clan/pack (river, shadow, forest, ect)
Status (Delta, Alpha, Warrior, Lone, Rouge, Omega)
Growths (Wings, horns, ect)
Markings (Scars, stripes, spots, tail rings)

And if your feeling good today write me a backstory!
