My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Question

I Need Advice On Which Characters Should Feature In My Ask Tumblr Blog.

Ask DeadSkies is my tumblr blog which I have just started up, in which Sunny Skies, a yellow pegasus has become a zombie (how is something I'm figuring out)

She is confronted with angry mobs of ponies, other zombies with no memories (unlike her) and other mythical beasts e.g. Vamponies.

Now, I need advice/ideas on two things:

1. How did Sunny Skies become Dead Skies? (Keep in mind she got her cutie mark; zombie slaying, directly after being transformed)

2. I want one of her best friends to be a werepony or vampony or something else. Who should that friend be?

okay about your backstory...maybe she has a weird job and then she was sent to investigate the 'blank flank' mystery in the Everfree forest and she got lost,saw a mare,followed her,got into the base of the blank..bla bla bla..just like in the story,but when you lose..you know..if you touch one of them you become like them (and lose the game)

Back story: in the war between the normal ponies and the Immortal League (all supernaturals in one group) their unknown parents supposedly died,they were in twin baskets with similar badges...all the children were kept in the secret base along with the other adults that were left to guard them and the base...the children who lost their parents either get adopted (by a normal or abnormal,depends on loyalty) or get taken care of by relatives in the group...Fireball (their said distant cousin) took them and cared for them and eventually trained them to continue their job at the league
