Michael Moore proves once more that he's a douchebag

He was joking about the irony of Hurricane Gustav raining on the RNC's convention as a reminder to all how President George W Bush responded horribly to Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath. Bush fiddled while Rome burned. Oh, that's right, Bush played his guitar while New Orleans drowned. Michael Moore was not saying in any way, shape or form, that Hurrican Gustav was a good thing. If Gustav had to happen, it was great that it at least reminded the RNC convention goers of how poorly Bush handled Katrina.

No, the man is not a douchebag. Anybody familiar with his works and sense of humor knows that he uses double-entendre, sarcasm and understatement as weapons against the stupidity and foolishness displayed by the body politics and some of his fellow countrymen.

Besides, how can we really judge from an evidence - as presented in the link - which is obviously truncated ? One sentence has been taken out of its context. Not very serious... Go, Mike !
