I'm nearly 100% positive it will be a boy seeing as how Ted mentioned in 'The Last Cigarette Ever' that Marshall's last cigarette was the day his son was born. Of course, though, this doesn't mean that he was referring to their first born (if Marshall and Lily end up having more than one kid in the future, that is)

But, either way, I'm extremely excited for them! :)
