Well I'm not the only one who didn't make their own.

I found mine on this site that had a lot of fanmade single covers, including the one Selena_01 entered. I thought we didn't have to make our own.

@ misanthrope86: you can enter in this contest without making your own. If you want you can make your own cover but that's not compulsory...

I agree with missy, it's strange to enter someone else's work in a contest. Why would you want to win with something you didn't even make? It's like...the one who finds the prettiest picture wins??

^ Thank you! I'm not the only one who thinks this is weird. If I'd known that this was one of those contests, I wouldn't have participated. I hate these things. But I stupidity assumed that because it was called a "fan-made" contest, that the fans entering would be the ones making the artwork.

Some people probably don't have the computer skills to make their own.

And besides, it's not like people are claiming they made them, Kate said she didn't make hers.

But they haven't given the people who actually made the artwork any credit! That, in the artist's eyes, is stealing.

I only have Paint and Microsoft Picture Manager, and I managed to make my own. And if you don't know how to use those programs, you either learn, or you don't participate. Taking other people's work is not the answer.
