I can't believe they're putting stay-at-home moms in the same class as people on unemployment and/or welfare. I mean, if the mom is ON welfare, that's one thing... but most families with a stay-at-home mom plan and/or budget for one income. They're no more a strain on the system, or "outside the system" than a working mom would be. That seriously offends me.
