Basically what you need to do is just post a picture/icon and the next user rates it. Once you rate, you post the next icon.

Rules:

1. It can be with any character from the show but it HAS to include Bella.
2. You don't have to make the picture/icon.
3. Icons CAN'T be repeated.
4. The ratings MUST be out of 10
5. You can only submit ONE icon at a time.
6.You can comment on the icon you rated.
