I remember visiting this website once...
It was called 'Arrow' Star Amy Gumenick Teases Cupid's Return
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

‘Arrow’ Midseason Premiere Reveals Felicity’s Fate
‘Vixen’ Star Megalyn E.K. to Appear on ‘Arrow’
“She targeting celebrity couples … to teach the world that love really doesn’t exist,” The CW actress tells TheWrap
Last we saw “Arrow” villain Cupid, she had seemed to turn over a new leaf, working with Amanda Waller and the Suicide Squad on some rather heroic missions.
But when Cupid alter ego Carrie Cutter (played by Amy Gumenick) returns to Star City on Wednesday’s episode, she’ll be up to her old tricks once again.
“We re-meet a Cupid who’s kind of given up on love, and believes love leads to inevitable heartbreak and death,” Gumenick told TheWrap. “She’s now on a mission to save the rest of the world from that.”

So you can imagine her reaction to new news that her former obsession Oliver McQueen (Stephen Amell) is about to marry Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards).
Gumenick teased what her character has been up to, might get up to in the episode “Broken Hearts” and her potential is future storylines.
What’s Carrie been up to since we last saw her?
So when we last saw Carrie, it was a very emotional scene. Since then, things with the Suicide Squad have not been so good. So the past year or so has been filled with a lot of soul-searching and kind of perfecting her arts and her skills and getting ready for whatever the next adventure is. She still is closely tied to Suicide Squad and is doing smaller things with them here and there but there hasn’t been a grand adventure since. Carrie has been redefining herself since then, figuring out who she is and who she wants to be and what she believes in. That’s kind of where we pick up, this newfound Cupid.

Unfortunately, she has been heartbroken one too many times, and has changed her thoughts and beliefs when it comes to love, and the notion of happily ever after. So she’s targeting celebrity couples as a statement, and to teach the world that love really doesn’t exist.
How do you think she reacted when she found out Oliver was engaged to Felicity?
It’s been a hard year for Cupid! There was definitely some grieving, but I think she’s made peace with the fact that they’re not meant to be together right now. I don’t know that she’s given up hope forever, but I think in this angst that she’s in, she kind of sees them as the perfect example. If it’s going to work for anyone, it’s going to work for them. As far as the rest of Starling City is concerned, they are the happily ever after, they’re the fairy-tale couple. She’s not feeling a lot of hope right now, but we’ll see.

At first she was kind of resentful, she was put there against her will. But then once she got more into it and really saw who they were and what they were about … She’s so driven by adventure and emotion and the thrill of danger, for probably the first time in her life, she was with a group of like-minded individuals. I think there was a camaraderie there that she had not experienced before.
A lot has changed on “Arrow,” there’s magic and mysticism and Damien Darhk is around. How will Cupid factor into all of that?
We’ll have to wait and see, but the episode coming up, we get to see a different side of Cupid and it opens a lot of doors into who she is behind the studded leather uniform and also what she’s capable of. The show has grown and changed so much and I think the possibilities are endless. Cupid is someone who is truly unpredictable, but we’ll see what we next adventure is.

Are there any storylines from Cupid in the comic book that you’d like to play out on TV?
Yes, many! One of the things that’s so interesting is that even though Cupid is viewed as crazy, for lack of a better word, when you go back and you really see what her history is and the relationships she’s had and the heartbreak she’s had, a lot of her actions are more or less justified.
I would love to explore where she came from and why she is the way she is. There’s some really fun fan art depictions of Cupid and Canary, now that that has been reopened, Cupid visiting the “Flash” world. She finds a strength in this episode and because of that, her potential is greater than we’ve seen.
