what do you do if both players run out of cards in their hands but have cards in their deck?

um....... wait till your turn and DRAW of couse or take the ones from your field

you can use abilities from monsters, or some certain cards in your graveyard, or you can use the cards you already have out on the field but other then that you'd have to pass and then draw from your deck on your next turn.
