Project Miku has NOT been released to America. That is most likely because the software of Miku is not here nor' a lot of the very good japanese Vocaloids, I hope this helped you
I doubt it because Miku and all the other vocaloids in that game were only sold in Japan (otherwise just most popular in Japan) so most Americans would have a hard time understanding who the characters are. Sucks for us who actually DO know and love them, though.
