I don't know anywhere to download the episodes, but watchtrueblood.net has some streaming episodes, i think you can find all of them there, but I haven't searched all of them yet.

If not, there are other sites as well, just type in "watch true blood online" in google or any search engine and some good streaming sites should pop up.

You could go to a tv site like purelytoptv.com or try downloading them via limewire. Excellent quality.
