Yes, Duncan get's voted off first. In fact, he's already been eliminated. The first episode of Total Drama World Tour aired a couple days ago. He refused to sing, so he went Bye-bye.

The in it and they didn't like TDTM. So they were traveling around the world so they changed it to TDWT (Total Drama World Tour). Or maybe they're was more flying around the world than singing.
