Ok Dren is a whole lot girlier than Kisshu. They're are the same character but Dren's voice actor has a girlier voice and different lines than Kisshu's voice actor

yeah dren is so. . . so. . . gay. well his voice actor is. kisshu is so much better and he has a cute evil laugh.
