I'm sorry to say but there is no anime sequal to Tokyo Mew Mew, but Tokyo Mew Mew A La Mode is the manga-only sequel which u can read :D
if you mean Mew Mew Power, their rights were taken away because, long story short, THEY CRAPPED UP TMM AND TMM FANS GOT ANNOYED AND si did the Japanese dudes
