Shouldn't "Tinkerbell" be "Tinker Bell"? I thought it was two words, or at least this (linkwould make it appear that way... Is it possible to edit the title of the spot, so that it's correct?

It is Tinker Bell, both in the book and the movies. Wikipedia agrees that Tinkerbell and/or Tinkerbelle is just a common misspelling.

I believe that Tinker Bell is correct. Even in the movies, Bobble calls Tinker Bell "Miss Bell", which wouldn't make sense if her full name was Tinkerbell.

Additionally, the Disney Store uses "Tinker Bell" as two words on their Tinker Bell products.
