Before some days i find out some cool pages to download free stuff for sims 2 and i have download some neighborhoods but the game cant see them i there any special file to put them in so it can see them?

First, what do you mean with neighborhoods? Is it Sims or houses?

Have u put your downloaded file into 'download' folder in your The Sims 2 folder?

If yes, just extract your downloaded file. Just click right button on your mouse and choose 'extract file here'.

'Here' means in the 'download' folder.

Then if its Sims or Houses, your extracted file will be turn into blue icon.

Double click it to install. And enjoy your new stuff.
