I'm surprised Mollie is second, I mean I love her but she wouldn't do better than Una, and maybe Rochelle too. Adore her but she hasn't got anywhere near as strong a voice as them :/

Vanessa's voice sounds worse than ever,she's not the best singer anymore,not even the second and her personality doesn't shine.I don't think she could be successful.
Mollie has improved a lot as a singer+she is the most likeable of them all.She could be a very good presenter.
Una is A very talented musician and she's very passionate about it.She's a weak dancer,so I can't see her doing big performances.I can see her being a great songwriter or just singing with her guitar.
Frankie is the most known,very popular with the men,loved and hated at the same time.I don't think Frankie has the confidence of performing alone,on big stages.She's probably the one I have no idea what career she cwould have.
I see Rochelle as being the most succesful because she has the personality and contacts.She's very confident and hard working.She has to work a bit on her dancing.She loves fashion and makeup,so I could see her with her own range of clothes or perfume,aswell as being a singer.

Rochelle or Vanessa. I agree that Vanessa's voice isn't what it used to be, but she is still by far the best singer, she's the only one with a voice strong enough to carry a full song, which she does. The others have good voices to an extent, but they are quite weak, which is why they only offer vocals in part of the songs, usually chorus and a few lines each, but Vanessa still sings the majority. I personally think Frankie is the least talented, but she is the most popular for her appearance, so I suppose she could do a Cheryl Cole and ride the fame of her looks, despite her lack of vocal talent.
