A girl from the Max's Kansas City scene called Linda Danielle. She later left Joey for Johnny.The song 'The KKK took my baby away' was about Johnny stealing Linda from Joey ,KKK standing for Klu Klux Klan because Johnny was known to be a racist .Hope this explains it for you .

That happened when they were both young. Didn't he have any other romances?? How sad.
Later he met a gol called angela and he proposed to her but she said no and they broke up soon after but they stayed friends.Linda was his true love though and he always held a grudge against johny for it to his dying day ,he loved linda alot more than angela though ,hope this helps lolz .
