I think the entire thing is bullsh*t because Erik would NOT rape Christine. The man was almost afraid to TOUCH her for God's sakes! And I cannot think of a point in the original show that would make sense for consensual relations to occur. The whole thing just makes no damn sense!
We can always hope.
Of course, it's probably best to expect the worst.
But the 2004 film Erik I think is the one this question is most ridiculous for. He seduced her pretty damn much in the MotN scene but even then he didn't take her. So sure as hell he wouldn't have raped her. Not to mention, as the first commenter said, every single version (that counts) of him, let her go even though she meant the world and life to him. Let her go with "the enemy" so that she could be happy.
No way in hell would he ever even dream of raping her. -.-
In the novel? I highly doubt it. Other versions, perhaps? Well, in the Robert Englund version, he DID. In the ALW version, she brings it up, and he does nothing to deny it. She was scared of him and didn't love him, and he had such a warped sense of right and wrong that, if pushed far enough, he was fully capable of rape. Even in regards to Christine. Rape is about control more than sex, and he wanted to control her. Call a spade a spade.
