who killed hulk

I believe if I remember correctly abomination does upon their first meeting back in T.T.A.# 90 but was brought back by thunderbolt ross. (Ill have to break that one out and read it again!) He's been brought close to death when he took on all the avengers back in incredible hulk#320s I believe.and maybe a few other close calls.but in the end I think he lives till he's last human alive.
