No; I am pretty sure that she did not know anything about what was happening to her. I think that all she knew was that monsters were attacking her. When she was with Luke and Thalia, she might have learnt about the gods and monsters and might have found out that she was a half-blood, but I do not think they knew who her parent was. They might have had suspicions, but I really do not think that they knew for sure..
