The Heroes of Olympus Question

Do you think the Romans (Camp Jupiter) suspected the existence of another demigod camp before the Jason/Percy switch?

I mean, wouldn't they find it suspicious that they didn't fight Kronos and all of them, and only fought Krios and his army? Didn't they know that Olympus was in New York, or is there some sort of Roman Olympus in San Francisco? What did they think Typhon was doing, randomly going to New York?

Personally, I think they knew something (or suspected) that the Greek demigods didn't. Your thoughts?

there are lots of possiblilities. My theory:
They know that Olympus is in New York, they just don't go there ever. You know romans need their space from their kids.
So naturally typoon would go to New york
The gods defeated typhoon (True)
And after the Gods barely stopped Kronos from destroying Olympus.
Thats what i think they think.
hahah that didn't make sence

Yeah, I bet they did suspect it.
They must have thought that it was wierd when they didn't fight Kronos and them.
They knew about Olympus because that's where their parents are, but their parents have diffrent names.
I think they thought that the gods were making it go to the ocean where he might do less damage.

but thats all just my opinion. :)

Personally, no, it doesn't seem likely. The Mist can affect demigods too, and the gods said they wove the Mist as tightly as they could. For all we know, they could think it was the Titan's doing that storm

I don't think the Romans suspected it... The gods made sure of that.
Maybe the Romans thought that while they fought Krios and his army, the gods were taking care of Kronos and Typhon. And I think there's only one Olympus.
Unless some children of Minerva are smarter than Annabeth... I think not...
