Is Taylor Swift's song "December" based on her relationship with Taylor Lautner?

I recently heard that Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner were dating, and then broke up, around the time "December" was published. She says that she's "swallowing my pride" and admitting that she was wrong to break up with a certain somebody. I'm wondering if she's talking about Taylor Lautner... after all, he seems like the type of person even Taylor Swift would regret breaking up with.
