*Important* Who is the spot creator? Spot style!

Hey Guys! I'd really like to know if some of you have an idea who is/or could be the spot creator of this spot. I would like to make a spot look change and it's the easiest way to do it as creator and without asking one of the F4! Idea or knowledge, just let me know!
I've seen many people a new spot style and that's why I ask :)
