If you haven't seen seasons 3-5, ignore my answer as it contains spoilers...
The Winchesters have a little brother named Adam Milligan (played by Jake Abel). He was killed by a Ghoul and later reserrected by Zachariah. He's currently in the cage in Hell will Michael and Lucifer. He's only appeared in 3 episodes.
We don't know if he's coming back.
As far as a little sister, it might be a little weird. Considering that thier little brother didn't go well with some fans, I don't think it would be good to add yet another little sibling. It would be funny to see the boys try to get along with a female sibling, but i don't think it will happen.

Yeah I agree but i also think it would be interesting to see how they play out the over pertective big brother to a sister, guys kinda get all macho when it comes to little sisters especially if she was a rebel like Jo trying to prove she can take care of her self yet also needing them to lean on
Though it would be interesting for the Winchesters to have a sister, it would be weird considering the reactions to Adam, and how late into the series they are. I mean, they have basically gone through all of their Dad's Journal and haven't seen anything indicating another sibling or heard about it from anyone. Though John did have a very private life away from his sons, I don't think he had more wives than Mary and Adam's mom. As a fan I feel conflicted, but as a realist, I just don't really see how it would work in any way.
I like the idea of a younger sister. I want to see them act all macho man around her, haha. Of course this late in the series wouldn't make any sense at least not on John's side anyway..what about Mary? she could have kept the younger sister a secret?

Mary would have been able to get pregnant very soon after Sam's birth and deliver her before the second trimester in order for that to happen. Sam was only 6 months old when she died, so it would be more likely on John's side. I think if they did introduce another sibling, John would start seeming like he spent a lot of time chasing skirts. It appeared in "Jump the Shark" he actually had fond feelings for Adam's mom.
It was stupid, it's like the damn South Park "Oh my god, they killed Kenny" crap!! HE NEEDS TO COME BACK PPL!!! THE SHOW WOULD GET WAY MORE INTERESTING IF HE DID!!!
I've always liked the idea of a sister but being so far in the series seems unrealisitic now. When it started, I had hoped that if there was to be a surprise sibling that it would be a sister but it was another brother instead. I was a little disappointed by Adam. I'm definitly not his biggest fan. I do hope not to see him again, but back to the question - Yes, I like the idea of a sister :)

A sister sux, ADAM ROX!!!! Why is having a little damn sister okay but not a brother who barely had time for us to explore and understand??!!! HELLLLL NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think another brother was a bad idea, but I don't like Adam too much. I think the actor might have something to do with that, I'm not sure. But I just think a sister would have been better. Put a girl in the mix.
Jake is a great actor, soooooo good and what he did with all the versions of Adam was just a glimpse of his talent!! ADAM DESERVES TO COME BACK AND GUESS WHAT...HE WILL BE BACK!!!!
Yes that's what I'm saying!!! that's why he deserves a chance to grow like other characters such as Cas, Bobby, Ellen, Joe etc.!!! HE NEEDS TO COME BACK!!! IT'S VERY UNWINCHESTER LIKE IF THEY JUST LEAVE HIM IN HELL WHERE HE CAN'T DEVELOPE HIS CHARACTER PROPERLY!!:D
I think that Jo kind of served this purpose. In a way, she was like a younger sister to them. They felt the need to overprotect her. If they would bring her back, that would be nice. :)
