Have you seen season 3 the last epoisde.when dean comes back does ruby too?

Yeah, Dean does come back, and so does Ruby. However, Katie Cassidy has not returned, so Ruby is now played by Genevieve Cortese.

dean comes back obviously and ruby does too, however not the same actress! unfortuanately i hate the new ruby!

Ruby does come back in Lazarus Rising, but is played by a different actress, Genevieve Cortese. We don't find out until episode 9, "I Know What You Did Last Summer", that Lilith released Ruby from Hell, but on the condition that she kill Sam. But she disobeys the order and ends up killing the demon sent with her, and she and Sam escape.
