Super Junior or E.L.F Question

ELFs!? i need some advice on Super Show 4 can you help please? i was wondering if the fans chosen to come on stage come from the seating areas or standing areas?? Also which is the best spot to watch from?

If the stage was like this link where would the best spot be? standing or seating?
