Black Doom. He is intangible like Mephiles, and he can teleport. His attacks are also more devastating, and he has more skill in dark magic.

He may have trouble at first, but he'll use chaos control to get Mephiles out of his shadow and into the open just like Shadow did in Sonic 06.

Doom's biggest threat would be Mephiles' clones. He'll have trouble there, but I think he's got what it takes to handle himself against them.
