People were talking about how their comeback is not that good to compete in digital or even win once. Just to make it clear SHINEE NEVER HAD COMEBACK WITH GOOD DIGITAL UNTIL VIEW CAME OUT. IT'S FIRST TIME SHINEE DO FRIENDLY PUBLIC SONG. AND HELL YEAH IT'S IN TOP 10 MELON CHART WITH SHITTY PROMO FROM SM. Plus MELON chart now full with digital monsters so we have hard competition so yeah SHINEE do not rolling in empty houses. So happy and proud ;)

This album really is AMZING!! As rushed as the promo might seem...SHINee has done great i was surprised at hearing them sing live on their comeback stages. They have managed to always show fresh concept and dominate it with their styles. SM need to promote this album sooo much more every song is amazing from the title songs to the b-tracks. As a VIP i wouldn't mind of this album won Album of the year at the end of the year #justsaying ��

SM needs to be cursed out if EXO repack cuts off Shinee's promotions. Their plan is so insane. They should have kept to the original plan of SNSD as a buffer between these 2 groups. It is poison have EXO comeback so close to Shinee. If the repack outsells Odd, or the new single sweeps the music awards and blocks Shinee from winning, it will be eternal hatred between shawol and exo-l. This is so poisonous and insane.

I'm so proud of their chart performance this time. Currently top 10 in 6 charts, and haven't dropped from top 10 on melon on the whole week.

It's my favorite SHINee album! I didn't expect that SM would give us a better album than their 3rd but I'm glad I was wrong!

Ikr. Other songs like Dream Girl, Sherlock or Lucifer did well, but it's the first time they're consistently top 10 on melon AND other charts, and in hours where the general public is streaming, so you can tell the public is actually liking the song.

Because shawols are a really lazy fandom, but they're still better than Everybody or Dream Girl. It took ages to reach 4 millions for those videos while it only took a week this time. In fact, it reached 3 millions in 3 days.

but dream girl did climbed up to top 5 too. the graphs fluctuates a lot. but with dream girl we managed to stay in the top 10 for a week, meanwhile view didnt. but view did climbed up the charts again in the second week. my point here is, view is not the first public friendly song from shinee :)

i have literally been playing their new album non-stop since it was released i need help

the fandoms already hate each other, it can't get worse (I'm sure I'll regret this sentence) and let's be honest, repackaged album or not EXO would sell out every Kpop group rn, nothing surprising or unexpected no need to hate

I actually shed some tears seeing them on the Top 10 chart of MelOn after a week considering the digital monsters they're competing with. SHINee usually doesn't stay on the top 10 after just a few days. I thank every single one of you my fellow Shawols who have sacrificed a lot for this comeback seeing that SM doesn't give two fucks about them. Let's let them win for the rest of the week and I'd be at peace seeing that Bigbang is coming back again.

I am a big fan of the outfits, not sure why but I really like outfits which remind me of the 'good old time' lol seriously my dad wears similar stuff on his old pictures

It's almost a week and they have around 4,3 million views, it's not bad compared to their other MV's

i really hope SHINee can win as much as possible cos they really deserve it. as they said during their concert, they (especially Onew) went through a lot making this album. and to think about it, he needed to re-learn how to sing after his surgery, i'm just blown away. the album's quality is no joke. get the credits guys~ :)

Like i said in my previous comment, view did climbed up the charts in the second week. They fell out of the top 10 in the last few days of the first week. Once they were at 12th place. But after entering the second week, they've been steadily securing their places in the top 10.

the quality of this album is so high, shinee vocals are amazing, you can't deny Minho singing, he's good and he proved it with ODD. Their harmonies doesn't make SHINee look like an idol group. SHINee has visual, dancing, vocal, variety skills, but no recognition.

I may be in the minority...but out of 11 songs, I only liked 5/6! I mean 50% isn't bad, but definitely not good.

It all depends on people`s tastes. The fact that u don`t like some songs doesn`t take away the quality of the album as a whole.

I guess it depends on how you define "quality." In my opinion, this is not a quality album because half of it I would throw away. That being said, I love the title track and I guess that's what matters.

500k downloads is actually more than many groups achieve and those are their "flop" songs. Other songs like RDD, Lucifer, Sherlock or DG reached 1-2 millions.

When Dream Girl was released the competition wasn't nearly as strong tho. And View is consistently top 7-8 since this week started so they've improved from the last week.

they've been consistently top 5-8 on melon and other charts and digital charts are only 50% of the points anyway. you said exactly the same about sunggyu the other day and it's getting annoying. digital sales don't make for the whole points.

When are people going to realize that these shows don't only count digital sales. They count physical sales, online voting, live voting, broadcast points, MV views for that week, etc...So even if they're not #1 on digital sales, they have good points in other areas and their digitals are still good anyway. If being top 5-10 in most of the charts (especially melon which it's the most important) isn't doing well idk what it is. Since when the standard for "doing well" is only being #1? They haven't fucking dropped from 7-8 on melon in this week so idg certain people's attitude.

I never said View is their only public friendly song, just that the situation is pretty different. They're against truly digital monsters like IU, Big Bang, San E, "the girl who sees smell" OST, etc yet they haven't dropped from 7-8 in the last few days. I'm pretty sure that if IU haven't released her single the same day as them they'd achieved an all kill because they were even above Big Bang for a few hours.

And yeah, I know RDD is probably one of their best selling singles by a male group (at least that's what I've heard) but the problem is that it didn't really have cultural impact and longevity like Gee, Sorry Sorry, Growl, etc...at least that what I've read.
