my favorite Shawn and Juliet moment would have to be in 5x09 One, Maybe Two, Ways Out when Shawn and Gus go to Declan's house to say thank you but Declan is buying something and Gus goes with him Juliet walks in and asks why he is then they talk about how she is leaving and he says " don't take picture of buildings or moments and she can see how much they both care about each other and Juliet moves into kiss him and so does he and they kiss.
