Is there someone who can make a kick-ass new Sexie banner?

I hope that I'm not stepping on anyones toes, but we voted in a pick a couple months ago for a new banner. But, I don't think anything ever came of it. This banner is just dated and with our couple getting more attention I think a new banner (and maybe icon) would be awesome.
I've made banners but they are all very average, nothing that comes close to looking professional.
